Which Tuner/Flasing Tool for a 2018 Mustang GT Base?

I see several options available in the market. I want to start with a base tune for 93 Octane and may also try E85 (after doing more research). Later on, I may need to tune for aftermarket parts aswell.

So, which tuner out there is the best? I have a Laptop, so i'd consider a more advanced tuner.

Do any allow on the fly adjustments similar to GT Premiums built in modes?

I ended up ordering a SCT BDX for now. Seems pretty simple, and my local tuning shop uses their software when I decide to add parts later for dyno.

I hope the canned tune makes the throttle response quicker.
