Well, mine are silver face reverse glow (blue) from UPR, but I love 'em. Got the A/C panel to match...

Very easy install, and no removing the needles...

I bought a cheap reverse glow set off eBay ($30...shipped). They're all white...none of that tacky blue stuff. They look like '03 cobra guages and match my pioneer DEH 7700 and HVAC controls PERFECT. Only tacky part is a switch you can use to turn them green to blue and dim them. I tucked it behind my dash and get a ton of compliments at night time.

i just got the white EL GLOW guages from UPR, they slide over the needles and are better quality then some i've seen. I should be installing this weekend if weather is nice. Also got matching AC panel...should look much better then stock.

MAC, if you can still find em. I just don't dig that reverse glow in the dark scene. I like em white during the day, but more like OEM at night. I like the OEM font too. Some of the cheap-o's have some funky lookin fonts like they are homemade or something...
Spreadman did a writeup here on StangNet, which I followed to the letter - it worked perfectly.
Here are a couple of Spreadman's pics, day and night...

I got the mustangtuning.com gauges. They're an EL overlay so you don't have to remove the needles. The speedo needle did stick for about a week or two though but then it operated normally and I never had any problems.

the indiglo gauges are nice, but I've never been a fan of the 'idiot' lights being all white.

The kit i bought is just like yours ACSPONY, but mine doesnt cover the idiot lights. The best part is how much play you have with the brightness. The brightest setting is like the sun, but turned all the way down....its awesome.

I feel the same exact way, although not having to take the needles off would have been a lot easier. I made sure I snapped some "before" pics prior to removing them when the car was off and also when it was at idlel (cold and warm), so I could make sure they went back in the right position. I do have to admit my temp gauge is still showing lower than with the stock gauges in there by a few letters, but doesn't bother me enough to go back in there. Here's a few pics of the old school ones. These are BBK white face gauges.

Autometer Lunar cluster gauge. Some say it's way overpriced, but I like them and got 'em anyways.

Mine are the Indiglow white faced gauges, like ACS Pony. Except mine are only white on the gauges, not the idiot lights. I got mine off of ebay for $20-25 shipped. The only reason I bought them is because I was having trouble finding Nu Image gauges. If you can find the Nu Image, they are the best out there, hands down. You peel off your factory faces and these peel off and go in their place, so there is no invertor to burn out and they will never have to be replaced again. You do have to remove the needles for that style. The ebay ones slid over the factory needles, but leave less room for them to move, sometimes causing a gauge to stick for some people (even though mine havent stuck). I Did the Nu Image on my truck and they were so sweet. They were black with flames..........not the cheapo looking dancing flames that they sell on ebay.

I looked at the UPR website and your right they do show the full covered in the photo(must be old photo) but thats not what they shipped me...heres the ones i got
