I have some white faces that were in the car when I bought it (no idea of the manufacturer) and now the back light decided to stop working. The needles and gauges work and light up, it's just the faces themselves not working. Any ideas??

Post up pictures and maybe we can help. If it's just a gauge overlay setup though I'm not too sure you are going to like the answer.

I stole this pic but it's the same kit. Everything lights up but the faces themselves and all gauges operate normally. If I need a new set then so be it.

Do u have a nob somwere that adjust the lights? I kno the cheap white face gauges are like that. I bet if you'd pull Ur gauges out and and lifted the white face gauge up there'd be light under it.

I'm gonna say its 1 of the bulbs. If you can take the cluster our you should be able to tell pretty quickly. It isn't difficult to take it out just disconnect your batter before doing so.

That looks to be one of the reverse glow faces. Take the cluster out and check to see if all the connections are still secure!

If its all 3 its likely the extra harness that those reverse glow overlays require. Had a couple extras laying around from the same kit. Took a quick photo so you can see what everything is and how its connected.

Its 3 separate pieces with 3 separate electrical connections made centrally on the harness supplied. This harness also has a hardwired knob so I'd find that first and make sure its not turned all the way down.

If its not turned down a harness replacement is likely needed, which requires a tiny bit of splicing.
