Car won’t start

So I recently got my heater core replaced. I went to pick the car up and initially it struggled to start but it did indeed get started. While I was driving home, the engine sounded bogged down and the light on my dash were going on and off, my mileage would flash between the numbers and dashes, theft light was blinking and my needles were goin haywire or barely working at all. I got home and now the car won’t start. The only power I get to the car are these two lights on the dash. Any ideas?

Start with checking the connections to the battery. The shop likely removed those to do the core replacement and they just might have not installed them correctly or they’re loose, or?

Is bringing it back to the shop an option?

Definitely seems like something is loose or shorting out.

Don't you just love paying someone to fix your car and they give it back with new problems.
What the happened to test driving a customers car after the repair?
