Who doesnt run a front Swap bar with a MII setup?

anyone running an MII setup or something similar without a front sway bar? Just wonder what kind of positive and negative differences it would make by having/not having one.

I've got the set-up, just don't have the car on the road yet. I'm planning on installing one though. It has to help on the turns.
