Well probably about 2 months ago I bought a new clutch kit. It was a fidanza 3.2, and realized it might be way too much for my car. It grabs nice, but it chatters like crazy. There is no easy start with it. You have to at least rev to 2K for it not to feel like it is stalling out. Anyways, I was wondering who on stangnet has a centerforce dual friction clutch, and how do you like it? Does it chatter....does it grab nice? Also, this is for a 2003 mustang gt. Below is a link of the clutch kit because I want to make sure this is the one I need. Lastly, about how much did you guys pay for one? Thanks :SNSign:

Both Cobras have one. The one in the Termi is 35K old and seems to be on its last leg, any heat and it slips and I have it adjusted all the way. I was gonna put the Fidanza in it cause I think the CF is at its limits in that car. In the 96 it killer. Perfect bite, easy to modulate its a little louder (hard to explain) than stock but since this is like my 5th one and they all seem to have a little dissengaugement noise Like a whisper rub kinda sound.

Great clutch for under 600 horses and really easy to use, not much peddel effort over stock.
MAKE SURE YOU GO ATLEAST 500 MILES OF BREAK IN BEFORE YOU MASH THE LOUD PEDDAL!

I had a McLeod but it never wanted to release fully. So after it killed my transmission, I swaped it with a Centerforce DF and it's great.
