Not sure if I should even get long tube headers cause my car is lowered with H&R SSs. Anyone have long tubes and an aftermarket H-pipe w/cats on their '98? What do you have? I'm looking at the MAC H-pipe w/cats cause there are not any other choices.

Any input appreciated...

i have the bbk longtubes, bbk xpipe with cats. clutch
went south 2 months after installing longtubes. had to pay extra to have headers
removed to get transmission out. don.t know if i will go with longtubes again.
also don't know if starter will come out with the longtubes. expensive if you arn't a mechanic.

Maybe I'll just get the FRPP shorties... I hear they are still better than stock. And the MAC H-pipe w/cats...

Anyone...? Bueller? Bueller?

What about SLP longtubes and midpipe, i was on their website and they do have them for 96-98gt's

I wouldn't get them though...i'm lowered also and fear what would happen to them. I already have Dynomax shorties so if i ever did swap i'd go with the Bassani Mid headers..better then shorties and not as easy to mess up compared to LT's
