Who is considered the best?

Thanks to all for the compliments. As Jeff and Dave have said, it is very flattering to be named among the others in this post. I think everyone named in here have incredible cars that they have taken their time to build.

Each one is a little different which is what is great about our Foxes. There are so many different directions you can go with them. Each car has its specific highlights.

I am of the opinion that in order to have a car that really stands out, it has to be an extremely clean stock car or an extremely clean highly modified car. Extremely clean is what does it for me. :nice:

I think bottlefed needs to be "blowerfed"....that bay is screaming for a hairdryer!!! 87,bottle,Manson,almost,stang22,trueblue are IMO the best of the best of what I will refer to as show type cars, but they several of them make BIG power and all of them are driven cars, none of them are trailer queens.

Exactly, my opinion too! It is all in the small little details, like bottlefed's CC plates or the radio bezel's that He and Mansonozz have. Wires and brake lines hidden or the small touches of paint on a highly polished engine, such as Almost's GT40 intake.

To me that's what makes these cars stand out from the rest. As stated before Almoststock, Bottlefed, Mansonozz, Stang22, Tunedin, and 87 along with a few others that I am sure are being left out are all top notch, hatch, or vert, depending on the car.

25th, the reason why I like your car so much isnt only just because it looks fantastic, but because its a driver. I've spent so much time not knowing where to go, and I want all these pretty things, but my main priority is that I want to drive it...a lot. I've put maybe 500 miles on it this year? Sucks :notnice:

Your car being your car, and being driven is what makes it sweet.

Thanks rigamaroles... I am the kind of person that has to drive. Car has been trailered one time, to one track even when I was 16 years old, and just bought Drag radials, dad wasn't racing and offered to tow me. One other time I was towed to Jersey to meet a girl, my dad said if I break it I go home, if I dont I stay there with the car and with the girls family (ended up dating her for two years).

The thing about it is, I know all of these cars are drivers. I have seen Manson's car in person (I'm not talking about at a show, I mean in a garage a town over from me) and was able to take a little look at it and will say it is a nice piece of work, even when it isn't in show form.

I think clean is a must, but on top of clean I like all the little touches coming together. Things you dont see right away, but the trained eye catches them. There are some engine bays on here that make me sick with how clean they are and how much has been done in them. The beauty is it can be something from a clean stocker, to a dressed up chromed out show piece, to a subtle welded up wire hidden painted up bay, and all will be equally as impressive.

Also to note most of the guys on this list probably make 350+ to the tires, which does NOT hurt making the cars something special!

Well, wait one second.... :p I see your avatar, if you have the two-tone mineral grey and black with the red? strip seprerating the colors....then I take my statement back!! Your paint scheme is wicked and I love the 18" Bullit wheels!!!! It is simply BADASS period!:nice:

I just don't like multiple colors with flames and vinal and stuff like that.

To say what one is the best is just too hard a pick.......My hats off to all these guys though, there cars are where mine will be some day, I appreciate all the time they have into making the Fox a thing of beauty!

Hissing Cobra? I thought of him earlier when I wasn't around a computer and wanted to make sure to come by to mention him :nice: I see him at local shows (should see 'em this weekend) and his car always looks like he just finished building it. And he races it all the time too!

What I love even more are the details that most people don't even see. My gauge pod, door sills and door panels possibly (can't believe people don't see those, but I kept them kinda subtle on purpose), and lots of stuff in the engine. Bottlfed is no different, the detail on his custom rear seat delete is friggin' AMAZING. 87Ttop's engine as well has some real slick touches that will go over most people's heads. But tie all those little things together and the result is just :nice:

Davey (Mansonozz)...Hissing Cobra....Honest to GOD. Same story. For some reason (happens all the time) I couldn't think ofthe screen name. Could picture the car....Drew a blank. Sorry Hiss. The jealousy...So very true. Some people are never satisfied. LOL.

Strokd has one of badest Foxes its The grey 4 eye has the huge brakes and is blown,n thats friends with 04 sleeper. also tunedin302 his black one with saleens is freakin sick too. along with the ones listed above

:hail2: Thanks guys! All of these cars have some serious class to them and to be mentioned in the same post as these guys is an honor. Makes me want to fly back to the states and pull the jack stands off of mine and drive it.

:( Oh well, at least it is only collecting dust and not any miles. :D
