who makes a good looking rust resistant rotor?

zinc plating will prevent rust, as does powdercoat or paint.
I prefer Brembo blank rotors...and then paint the centers up myself.
rotorpros.com does sell some cheap x-drilled rotors that are zinc-plated for around $200 for the set. Was thinking of a set since i just drive around the street and don't do heavy racing anymore.

Brembo or Ford Racing rotors. Be aware that they are like 209+ for Ford Cobra rotors. I bought a pair at my local store for 60+tax. They are Made in Canada too...not China. I just paint the section where the pads don't grab and the cooling fins and they don't ever rust.
I painted the rotor edges on my Grand Prix as well which is a year round car and the paint lasted 2 full years (30,000 miles exactly) before it started to lightly rust again.

what kinda paint are you using...any special kind or brand? i want to touch up some of the brake hard lines too and just make everything look nice and clean. thanks for all the input...i found the brembo blanks for about $300 for fronts and rears. they dont rust? thanks again guys
I prefer Ford/PBR.
Unless you are racing around all the time getting your brakes toasty hot, the stock OEM pads offer good cold stopping power, very little dust and don't make noise.
You are putting very powerful brakes on a fairly light car....they will be fine! I run Brembo blanks with Ford/PBR pads....stops nice, no dust, no noise.

I'm pretty sure PBR is the OEM supplier for the cobra pad. However i dont think they would be sold outside of Ford or PBR directly.
You could always call up a dealer and ask for a price on pads. It's what I did
