Tremec makes the GT 5spd, it's Tremec 3650, although I'm not sure who makes the auto tranny....

Tremec makes the TR3650 for the 4.6L and the T5OD for the 4.0L

Ford makes the 5R55S for the 4.6L and 4.0L (I think in colonge Germany?)

Hoping not to bust the bubble but, iwas just in for service the other day. While waiting for my car I was looking at the new Stangs on the lot. Many of them. Doesn't show the MFG. but does show country of origin. 5spds, Mexico, Auto France. Just a little usless info.
