bbk shortys, h pipe, and borlas that dump right b4 the rear axle. it sounds nice but not that crisp, loud, aggressive V8 rumble i want. i was thinking of just getting the flowmaster american thunders and swappin them for my borlas...what are you guys running?

There is no other sound like Spintech Mufflers. Kind of rough looking on the outside but they flow well and sound great!

yeah but which one...the 9000 or the 6000 and which setup? the website showed a few...it should be as easy as taking my borlas off and putting these in place right?..also is it bad to dump the exhaust b4 the rear axle? thats how it was when i bought it....i get some fumes once in a while but it doesn't bother me in that aspect....thanks

I personally have never liked Spintech. I will give MAC another vote. Always loved there tone. To this day though i have not heard Bassani exhaust! And im talking about in person because all those video clips on you tube are not very accurate in my mind. Flowmaster would be my very last pick. fyi

Pypes Violator system is hands down the meanest sounding exhaust out there. At the track, there can be a car running open headers right beside me and mine is just about as loud.

I hated my MAC exhaust.

I tossed it in the trash and put Flowmasters on and finally felt complete.

actually i climbed under the car best i could this morning...and it looks like they are straight piped from the headers into the borlas then dumped just in front of the rear axle...if thats the case im gonna have the muffler shop just cut the borlas off and put the spintechs in its place...seems like 21/2"...this was all done before i bought the car and ive only had it for a few months...unfortunately i didn't get a very well defined build sheet. i forgot to ask...the 9000 series or the 6000 series? which is the louder?
