After putting on an AFPR and turning the psi down to 38 with 12 degrees of timing on 87 octane it finally passed. 192 ppm HC's with the max being 220. It was almost 400 ppm last year when i tried to get it inspected. The car also pulls way better than it did when I had it dyno'd. It dyno'd at 208hp and 279ft-lbs so hopefully its around 215 or 220 at the wheels now. I could probably pull a little more fuel pressure out but ill just leave it how it is now to be on the safe side.
