Had the bbk O/R X with the american thunder catback but hated the horrible rasp. Went with the drgas O/R X and kept the AT catback. The sound is unbelievable and unique! Oh yeah, and people tell me its extreemly loud too!

oh and i believe with side exit exhaust, you would be lucky if you didnt loose power. they dont gain anything over the regular catback

Love it...sounds "tuned"...you can drive by the police under 2000 rpms..nobody blinks...get her into the 5000 rpm range...she just freakin screams.

Magnaflow catback about to order upr x, stock headers. You will get more horsepower from a traditional straight back exhaust, not the side exit kind.

1996 GT auto......FRPP shortys,Bassani catted x,& Flowmaster 40 series,welded in,but soon to have a catback. Unsure about what brand i want yet,or if im just gonna get new 2 1/2 inch piping welded in since i already bought the flowmaster mufflers.The local shop said they would do it with 3 inch stainless tips for $320. Any suggestions

I would like an all stainless system since my headers and x pipe are,but i havent heard a bassani in person, and i think the magnaflow tips look 2 big on a 1996 since they dont cut into the bumper.I wish Flowmaster made an all stainless system because i love that classic sound? Also how long does aluminized stuff last before rusting?
