Here's the thing...
The very PURPOSE of the 5oh Talk forum is to contain all of those things that do NOT belong in the technical section.
This forum is the gathering place for those folks that want to socialize with other 5oh folks and shoot the breeze about anything and everything under the sun.
Banana Hammock is a great OT forum but it's not the only OT forum on this site. SN Members are encouraged to post non-5oh topic related material over at the Hammock but it's certainly not a requirement.... PARTICULARLY when the audience that the message is meant for, are folks that frequent 5oh Talk.
That aside, there are very few rules for 5oh Talk. DESTROYING another's thread is frowned upon. General silliness however, is certainly not discouraged but it should be applicable to the thread/topic at hand. Those that know me know that CIVILITY is a must! That includes the use of a little bit of tact and/or diplomacy when someone posts a pic of their Saleen Fox with a complete Honduh body kit installed!
...and to answer the question that I saw a few post above about how often one can see a bunny with pancake on it head and still think it's funny:
IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE CONTEXT OF HOW IT WAS APPLIED.
So yeah... it can still be funny after seeing it a hundred times, depending upon the cleverness of the individual making the post.
