I have a 91 with and automatic and I just put 3.55 gears in the rear end. I did change to the 23 tooth white gear but my speedo is still off by about 15-20 mph. Why? please help.
check to see if the correct speedo drive gear was in there. maybe somehow theres a 7tooth drive gear in there, in which you would need a 20 tooth speedo gear. just a though....
Stock wheels and tire size (p225 x 55 r 16) I will double check the tail shaft speedo gear thanks. Any other possibilities. I just know it is a matter of time before I get a ticket. Gears are way to much fun. Thanks.
