It rained today and I noticed a puddle in my drivers floor pan. Water seems to be leaking through the A-pillar at the windshield seal. Would it be possible that somebody changed the seal and didn't use any type of sealant allowing it to leak, or would it be something else?

it could be a number of things. possibly just bad weather stripping. maybe its what your talkinga bout.and are you possative its not comming from your cowl? mine leaks and it seems like its comming from the window. take it to a auto glass placeand they could give you a deffinate answer.

The only way to confirm is to pry up the gasket to check for the sticky, black 3M windshield sealant. I apply it into both grooves for a leak free joint.
