Why would there be water on the EGR port on the manifold???

I took off the upper manifold to get to the lower to do my lifters and noticed some water around the center of the manifold, more pronounced on the EGR port, where could this water be coming from? the gasket? a blown head gasket? there is NO water in the oil dipstick though?

It looks more like water but yeah i suppose it's coolant, the one i used is zeerex G-05 and it's VERY light yellow when it's 100% pure so with a 50/50 mix it looks like water.
