wich is better coilovers or shocks and struts????

i am going to change my suspension from stock here pretty soon but i have a question do i get coil overs or new shocks and struts? from what i understand if i get coilovers i wount have to buy springs cause it comes with them all ready so wich set up is better????

coilovers are better, but more expensive. if you can afford them, definitely get them
i heard eibach came out with a nice complete set. its 800 bucks.

well if you go with coilovers you will need to buy new shock and struts. if you go with just a set of springs you can run your stock shock and struts but eventually you will still need to swap them out for some better ones

i thought coiloevers had shocks all ready in them why would i have to buy shocks and struts im confused??

You will need the shocks/struts to go with the coil-over package. You will be able to ditch the stock/whatever springs you are using. There are several different brands/options on their site you can choose from. Eibach also makes one as stated above. I am by no means the expert, but I have done some looking into this myself
