wideband a/f question

Someone i know is selling a AEM EUGO wideband setup and i am wanting to know will this work on my stang? do you have to monitor both pipes seperate or just weld one bung in the x pipe? or will this system even work on my car?

it will work on your car. tho since you are N/A, it's not really necessary. you'll be fine monitoring just one side. both banks will run the same as long as everything is ok mechanically.

if your running an o/r x, then your rear o2's should be turned off. just use one of the bungs from the rear o2's.

Good idea dan,i didnt think of that,i thought i needed a system that monitors both sides,im planning on doing alot more to the car so i want the a/f right on it,steve

It's never a bad idea to know where the A/F is.......in any setup.

Yeah im planning on getting the kit with the sct2 and wideband from ModularDepot since about about to run some boost. Does anyone know how that kit is?

my only wonder is how far from the header it has to be,using my rear 02 holes would be a good deal
