Yes, you can use the Innovate LM-1 (or equivalent) to log sources of this kind. The wideband will not interfere with this reference.

Yello05 is correct about NOT using this as a power source. I can't imagine that, that's what you were planning since I'm not aware of any wideband units that source 5V for power.
 
I was hoping this wasnt some sort of DIY project that wanted a 5v source.

If you are looking for the variable wire that will show roughly .9v-4.5v based on throttle position, that would be the Green wire that goes to pin 47 on the PCM
 
Doesn't the wideband put out the 0-5V rather than need it? When I wired my AF gauge up, it hooked into a 12V switched circuit, and the output of the unit was 0-5V in a linear scale for the AF readings. Sorry if I'm completely missing the question here, but I don't know if a place where you can tap in to get 0-5V. Something's not adding up here.

Most wideband put out a 0-5 volt output to run into an EMS if you have one for o2 feedback. I don't know any wideband that needs a 5 volt input. Just a 12v power, ground, and sensor connections.
 
Hmm - I have that same unit in my mustang. There are 4 wires that you can hook up - the red and black wires that power the unit (switched 12V output and ground). The other two wires are both used for datalogging. The white wire is a 0-5V output from the unit that can feed into a PMS (which is what I have) or via a dataq unit into a Tweecer. The software from these units will then datalog the AF readings. The other wire is a blue wire - this can be wired along with the white wire into a serial connector that you can plug into a laptop and use Hyperterminal in XP to datalog - it works but is pretty lame.
Again, sorry if I'm misunderstanding your question. If you are not planning on datalogging, then just hook up the red and black and you're done.

It's not a matter of "needing" anything. There are several wide-bands that are capable of reading multiple 5V references and data-logging those references, right along with AFR, LAMBDA, and RPM. When you go to view the data, it will show you a band or bar graph right along with the other references so that can see what your selected 5V reference is doing at the same time.

The Innovate software even lets you setup the reference in either a pre-set scale or allows you to build a customizable scale so that the graph shown is already converted into usable information.

Exactly, The TPS is the one thats going to be hooked too, It will be nice to see that aswell.
