Her brand new fusion was delivered at 5:30 Pm and was hit just before 6:00

Sorry for the crappy picture, she took it with her cell phone cam. The guy that hit her was in a 03 toyota and she saw him in the mirror before impact he rear ended her on the highway, she said he was looking at his passenger seat area before the crash.

Ohh almost forgot she is ok, she is just a little shocked and her neck is stiff

wow, i would want another car if i was you!!

i would have been f'n pissed if someone had hit my wifes new accord right after we bought it.

No way insurance is going to give me a new car, it's not even a thousand in damage.

Yeah i was just a little pissed. I think if I was there he would have been going in a ambulance and me in a cruiser.

The body shop at my work is really good.. I have seen some of the work they did on other cars and I was impressed.

the guy over there is great.

he's got my car right now. He took care of my truck when that got whacked, and it came out looking brand new and had no problems with the paint for the 2 years that i kept it afterwards.

I would send her to the emergency room/ doctor immediately. Start documenting everything that is medically related. She may have some lingering problems with this. Statute of limitations to process a lawsuit is one year, so do not be so quick to settle with the insurance company.

sue his ass! 01GT eibach is right, get her down the docs asap and get her neck being stiff from the crash on file, similar thing happened to my mum a few years ago, she stopped to let sombody out........the chrysler voyager ( dodge caravan to you guys, same car differant name) slammed into her at about 30 as they didnt see her stopped for over 10 seconds!

we took um to court and they settled before it got there!
