Should be a direct bolt-on (all 99+ have the same decklids), but the current holes will more than likely not be used.

I second Smokey same decklid probably different mounting holes though

I researched this before I got my S281 spoiler. The problem with the '03 Cobra spoiler is that it doesn't use the stock holes and doesn't cover up the old ones. So you either have to have your decklid filled or get a V6 decklid w/o holes and start from there.
