No personal experience, but I've read over on ModularFords.com that to fit a 15X8 inch rim (even with 6 or 6.5 inch back spacing) over the IRS will require some aggressive grinding on the tire rod end and knuckle. With the 15X10 there's a good possibility you'll need to grind the banjo fitting and bolt on the caliper too!
