hello all
i have a general plan of what i want to accomplish but i need to know if my budget will work and if i have the right parts lists. again if this should be in talk..mods feel free to move it accordingly.
what i wanted to do with my budget of 3000 was this
MM coilovers
cobra brakes/sn 95 rear brakes
wheels/tires.

any help would be appreciated

car will be a street car but will probably be tracked if i can ever get the time and drifted again....if i can get the time

thanks all

Joel

yes ill be doing the work myself, and ive added up the prices of all the stuff time and time again so i guess a better question would be if there is anything im missing parts wise and has anyone done all this at once before?

Ask yourself, do you really NEED to have brand-new rims/tires for your 5-lug swap? Practically new take-offs from newer SN95's and S197's can be had for dirt-cheap and would still look good, while also saving you a LOT of money.

Also, are you using brand-new parts or junkyard pieces for your 5-lug swap?

And why the coil-overs? You say this will be a street car with only occasional track use - sounds like overkill to me. You'd be better off taking the savings from employing used parts on the above two items and then investing in some better sway bars and perhaps a MM panhard bar, IMO.

i wanted to go with coilovers because some of the street driving i do is on curvey roads and i love corner carving. also ive heard it actually helps with ride quality a bit. right now im running the svo five lug 4 wheel disk swap, so im not really sure what i can reuse from this swap when switching to the sn95/cobra swap.

this is what i have so far for compiling a list

MM coilover kit
MM rear shock mount ( i need an extra cuz im not running a panhard bar)
mach 1 front brakes
( comes with rotors, calipers, pads, ss lines, brackets)
94-95 spindles
hubs
hub nuts
dust caps
dust shields
banjo bolts
caliper pins
spindle to caliper bracket bolts
ball joint spacers

what am i missing?? also for the rear i was just going to keep my svo set up for right now till i get my tax return. what wheel/tire combo can i run with mach 1 brakes upfront and svo brakes axles out back?

thanks for the help guys, just dont wanna spend money on things that i dont need right now
