If I'm not misstaken I'm pretty shure that it will. If you are just looking to replace the fender.

1991 and newer have a bigger wheel opening than the 1979-90 fenders.Also changed at the same time were the fender extensions and inner splash shield to go with the larger opening.

351LX is correct, but you could put it on. Well, you should do both if you're going to do that. But then your front tires will almost definately rub, unless you run skinnies.
