Will a Moroso cold air intake work well with C&L 76mm maf/pipe?

I have the C&L 76mm kit with the true flow pipe. As of now I am running the stock air box w/K&N because that is what the instructions said to use. Would it make a difference if I got a Moroso cold air intake (fenderwell kit)? Would it fit right when used with the C&L true flow pipe? Would I have any idle issues? Would I gain any power?

That is/was my setup, Moroso CAI into the 76MM with tube. Too short, needed to add a rubber extention from home depot.
