i just blew my transmission on my 96 cobra! can a transmission from a 99 saleen work on my cobra? i know the clutch is probally different, but will the trans bolt right on with my crossmember, or do i have to modify anything?
I'm pretty sure the transmissions are the same, but maybe the gearing could be different, but I doubt it? I know what is definitely different is the flywheel. The GT uses a 6 bolt flywheel, while your Cobra uses an 8 bolt flywheel.
