Will an intake (typhoon) make a noticable power gain on my (stock) motor?

I am debating nitrous kit vs a typhoon intake, i realize that the nitrous will give it a real kick in the ass, but i also would like power to have all the time, plus stay na (so they cant say you got nawss, man no fair), but on our motors, with the t-bird intake, Im betting that just changin that will help alot????? Will i be able to feel the power...and most important can i beat a 97' ss LT! crapmaro with my mods? thanks

Yeah, get a performer for stock heads. The typhoon is gonna be a huge overkill.

Your car is gonna feel like a slug until 3.5k rpms. What are your future mods? Make a plan and stick to it. Nothing like buying parts twice.
