Will an oil pan for an 82 GT fit our cars??

I need a pre-90 oil pan to clear a main support, will one from an 82 GT clear?? I can get one for 30 bucks.

It is the same pan except for the fact it will not have the low oil sensor bung. I used one from an 88GT and it worked fine.

I dont NEED the oil level sensor bug though right, i can live without it.
