Im going to be swapping in a pair of lakewood shocks into the rear of my car with some new lower control arms. Will this affect my ride height at all? eventually im going to purchase a full fron k-member kit with coilovers. Just doing the rear for now since my shocks and bushings have had it.

thanks!

no, "shocks" dont affect ride height. ride height is determined by springs. the parts incorrectly called "shocks" and "struts" dampen spring oscillations which is why their proper name is a dampener.
