Is there a set of cobra valve covers that will clear my roller rockers. I have a 289, edlbrock rpm's, and crane gold 1.6 roller rockers. I want some but do not know if they will clear. Could I get some engine pics for ideas on valve covers.

I have a set of Cobra valve cover I bought from Tony Branda, they are made tall enough to clear the roller rockers. The downside (if you call it that) is these covers are flat across the top, not rounded like the original covers. Another option also from T Branda is a 1" thich spacer to use under the Cobra covers you already have.

I dont know if this will add anything to the thread, but I have aluminum gt 40 heads and a roller cam and have cobra valve covers that clear just fine.

Have the same basic set up and my Cobra covers would not clear so I opted for the Ford Motorsport variety. Have seen the spacer mentioned above used on the Cobra's and that set up works fine.

Happy Motoring!
