Currently I have borla mufflers welded into the stock piping. I was thinking of switching to an American Thunder or MAC catback. Will I lose power from going from a straight through to a chambered muffler? I was thinking that going from 2.25 to 2.5 piping might actually help despite going to a chambered muffler. Any Ideas?

as far as the cat-back goes, i think any power that you might loose from going from non-chambered to chambered mufflers, the added size of the piping should off set the power losses. that is if you have any losses. plus the sound of a flowpath cat-back i loved mine

Probably not with your mods, but if you had 600 RWHP that would probably be a different story...
