i just installed my springs today and when i was doing the front i noticed the drivers side balljoint was on its way out and rather then let it go for now i plan to replace it when i do the struts. will these balljoints work fine even tho my car is only lowered about an inch or so? would i be better off just buying factory replacements?

They'll work fine with that suspension level. The benefit of the X2 balljoints is raising the roll center a tad. With the Mach suspension, the RC really isn't getting into the zone that produces crappy handling so they may be overkill for your application. However, the front suspension can use all the help it can get if you're really looking for performance handling. The X2 balljoints won't hurt you in this respect.
