Will these Valve covers work with EFI?

I don't think so with a standard EFI intake.. But I could be wrong. They look like FMS tall covers. When I had my edelbrock, TFS standard height covers were all I could get to fit, and I think I might have needed a 3/8 spacer. Can't remember. With a tall enough spacer and the hood clearance I'm sure you could get them to work, but I'm not a fan of big spacers for multiple reasons.

I used to have those very ones one my last Mustang. I had to use a spacer (forgot which size) and also had to trim some of my throttle cable bracket.
