Will this distributor work?

I'm swapping in a 351w from a 96 f-250 and will be going Carb since my computer controlled EFI on my current 5.0 is super annoying. My question is will this dist. work?

I'm not sure which one you need for going carb, but that one will NOT work. It's for the Cleveland/Modified series, not the Windsor.

That looks like a Chevy 2 wire distributer that they've converted for a Cleveland. Definately won't work.

I'm confused as to what to look for, i know a steel gear but nothing else. Anybody have a link? Or even a used one they don't need anymore?
