Looking for advice if anyone has done this before. Unfortunately the motor locked up while the window was down, and now needs to be replaced. Pulled door panal off today and looks to be a pain ass. If anyone has done this recently could give me any advice would be appreciated.

I have an aftermarket one, but I just removed the bolts holding the motor on, disconnected the wires, support the window as you pull the old motor out.
