window problems

i have a 68 coupe and my drivers side window rolls up but not all the way and when you shut the door its falls down a little bit and allows water to leak in. its mainly the worst when i try and wash my car and when it rains pretty heavy. i wasnt sure how to fix this? do i take the door panel off and fix something. please pictures or information would be greatly appreciated.

replace the plastic busshings that should help thats usually the problem. and yes u have to take the pannel off. if not then the regulator is tweaked like mine is i just dont feel like cutting my arms up putting a new one in.
