Last week my passenger window regulator started getting hung up as I (wife) was rolling it up. I was able to work it up and down to get it into the up position. Last night I removed the handles, arm rest, and inner door panel and it rolled up and down fine. When I put everything back together it starts binding again. If I loosen or remove the screw holding the window crank on, it rolls up and down easliy. When I tighten the screw it binds. Any suggestions or ideas? It sounds like it's either an adjustment issue or the mechanism is wearing out. Everything seemed to be tight and in place when I had the inner panel off.
