Yea bye bye weatherstripping. I always just take a good carpet knife or razor and cut the whole inside weatherstripping around the metal lip..then just push it out nice and easy.

I agree, just becareful not to press too hard with the razor blade and score the glass. When removing the windshield/rear window it's always best to replace the weatherstripping (unless you jsut put a new set in recently).
