Windsor JR/SR OR TWISTED WEDGES?? HEAD GUYS COME IN

I'm puttin in a 357 in my car and have to choose from 2 sets of heads to put on it. The first set is World Products Windsor JR./SR heads (pretty sure they're seniors) just been bolted on a new shortblock for a while, but ZERO mile, never ran......OR a set of Trickflow Twisted Wedges that needs some work done to them, Ive gotten quotes from 150 to 400 bucks to port out 7 of the 8 chamber cc's from 61cc to 65cc (detonation problems in one cylinder) so the other chambers need to be evened out.

Any flow numbers guys?....Which would make more power!??

the twisted wedges flow more and are a much better head IMO.

I have the windsor jr's and the twisted wedges, the twisted wedges are way better.

TW heads!

they have a 170 cc intake runner and flow better than the SRs 200 cc intake, the more flow you can get out of a smaller runner the better.

plus they have the canted valves and different valve angles than stock, which allow the big valves they have to clear stock pistons on most applications.

they are a killer head unported and with some porting they can make alot of power.

Use the TW's. This coming from a guy that runs the seniors, decent heads but the TW's are way better.

I think I decided to sell both of them and buy a set of real good new heads with the money I make from them.

Who wants a never ran set of Windsor's and super clean twisted wedges?? lol

Btw what does TW's put in consideration since I'm buying pistons, do they have to have the extra relief? or regular flat tops and just watch the cam's duration I want to use?
Anybody know the rod length of a '74 shortblock's rods?

TW heads valves are canted (rotated/the valves are not straight in line, and the valve angles are steeper, IIRC stock angles are 20 and the TW have i think 15*intake/17* exh or vice versa, i dont remember for sure but its something like that. that gives the valves extra clearance.

Thanks, I'm looking at these pistons from DSS that will work with TW heads.....

They are the .030 over with the -18cc pistons (to get my CR to 9.3:1) either the #3437SX or the #4437X
