Winter fuel additive

This is what I have used for many years during the long New York winters.

For me, I try to move to non ethanol fuel a few tanks before the summer (in Az) sends the car to the garage. I had a bad ethanol/Sta-Bil reaction that caused me to pull my new 73 tank out for cleaning. I’m good with Sta-Bil and non ethanol fuel. Just my experience. Good luck.

Please drive the car and run all the gas out
Then refill with winter blend fuel if there is a difference in TX
Do the same next year
Going to drive my 69 this summer to do the same
I have a drain plug in the tanks of my old ones

@Realmongo Alcohol. And I try not to drink gasoline if I can help it. ;)
@manicmechanic007 Down here in the southeast, we have summer and winter blends too. That reminds me that I need to go start up one of my other older Fords and see if I can use up what it in the tank then put in 2 gallons of winter blend. 3.5 years ago, I installed new injectors and had the tank out and super cleaned it and installed a new electric pump cartridge. (Yes, I know that the pump should be submersed but it is not drivable and 20 minutes of run time won't hurt it).
