Pics of mine would have been similar. Most of the roads were cleared but man was it scary when I'd find a piece of road that wasn't cleared. Yup....I drove it to work

Climate is the accumulation of weather over a long period of time, say more than 10 years. It is completely ignorant to look at weather over a 1 or 2 day period and call that climate (global warming).

Fact is, that 11 of the hottest years on record (going back 150 years) are from the last 13 years. You can ponder why on your own, but that is a fact.

Well, up here we usually have 4 weeks at -30C. It has been a beautiful -15-25C pretty much all winter so far. And hardly any snow. We just started good snowmobiling two weeks ago.

Well, what are you calling "hottest years on record?" Is this a global average or temps taken in one place? Does that refer to daytime highs or nighttime lows? Are you averaging the average daily temps for a whole year, or summing deviations from daily highs and lows? Is 150 years a long enough period to make any claims about weather trends on a planet that is billions of years old and has seen numerous ice ages as well as spent time as one molten mass of liquid rock? Is there any reason to expect that climate doesn't vary over any chosen period of time? Within written human history parts of the world went from forest to arid desert, some years have had no "growing" season, and entire civilizations have vanished due to changing climates.

A "fact" is merely a statement. It can be true or false. One can't even argue with what you said because we don't even know what it means.

Climates change. Every year, every day is different.

I mearly state the fact that 11 years of the last 13 have been the hottest on record, based on global temperatures over the last 150 years. You can ponder WHY on your own, because I am not going to waste my time talking about global warming on the internet. If you want to call it normal cycles of the earth, then go right ahead. I'm not going to even discuss it, just stating a fact.

Without knowing how you are calculating "hottest year on record," it means nothing. I suppose if you have blind faith in a particular position you don't care what things mean or how they are calculated, you just care that you believe what you believe and reason doesn't apply.

If you don't know how it is figured, then ask yourself why you are repeating it on the internet entirely out of context and getting surly when people ask you for more information. They aren't disagreeing with you, they just don't have blind faith in whatever soundbite they are told.
