Well what does everyone have on the chopping block for this year?

This guy is getting new tires... yes that is all. Maybe convert to double din and get an indash monitor.

New tranny/clutch, tubular K member and a-arms and that's it for me. Maybe Lower control arms too but we'll see.

New Heads, custom camshaft, rims, tires and paint. Gonna be an expensive winter. That is just the mustang. I have a list as long as my arm for my new truck. I think I am going to have to get a second job to pay for everything

I'm not sure you will be happy with the gt40's on a 408. I'd be leaning to something more serious like victor juniors.

Drag suspension - springs, lakewood 70/30's, 50/50's, lca's, etc.. Also, hopefully collect some motor pieces to get started on a rebuild.

That's what I was thinkin....except my first thought was AFR 205. GT-40's are definitely smallish for a 408.

Mostly cosmetic parts this winter unfortunately but at least insurance is paying for most of it. I got cut off on 8th street on cruise weekend and did some damage to my hood and front bumper. I thought I'd switch it up a bit and go with an 03 cobra bumper and cervini cobra R hood. I can't decide to leave the hood white or paint the center black. I've seen a few cars with the hood painted from the edge of the grill opening following the lines up and think it would look decent in maybe a semi-gloss black. Anybody got any ideas or pics?
I got a good price on an aluminum block also but it will probably be furniture until next winter. Cheers, Ryan.

I'm not 100% sure what I have planned. I'm definitely considering ripping out the rest of my Mach 460 and doing up a new system.

I was also thinking about doing some suspension stuff (i.e. - Shocks, struts, UCA, LCA). What's the general opinion on coil-over? Besides getting the actual kit what else might I need? Also with coil-over can you still use your stock A-arms, UCA and LCA? Lastly is it worth it on a street car like mine? Or should I just get some new rear control arms and call it a day? And if I do end up going this route anyone want to buy a set of H&R SS Springs?!

You got yourself a nice ride there WOT, any pics of that hood from a higher angle? It blends in with the green and it's tough to see the lines real good.

Thanks, but I parted out an 88 Turbo Coupe a while back and I was just planning on using the front brakes from that.It has to be an improvement over the 4 cyl brakes I have now.

I should finally have the Cat finished by the New Year. Nice considering we'll have 30cm of snow on the ground by then.
