A little more than a year ago, I installed a 3G Alternator in my 77 Cobra II with the hopes of installing an electric fan later on. Well I found Flex-a-lite with a controller and installed it. I followed the wiring diagrams online and it's almost ready to go. My questions are, what is a good trigger wire to tie into on the car ? Can I use the same wire to use as my "manual on bypass" or would it be better to use another one ? I would like to independently fuse them, would that be okay ? Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

I used the electric choke to trigger it, ran the wire behind the battery and beside the right valve cover to the choke. Put both wires in one crimp terminal.
