Wiring experts please help

Me and my buddy bout to pull our hair out tryin to get his blinkers working in his 87. The flashers work and it has power going into the turn signal switch but no turn signals. Have replaced the dash and headlight harnesses, a couple t/s switches, hazard switch, relays and checked all fuses and grounds. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks guys

you replaced the turn signal flasher relay? it is different than the hazzard relay.

all the bulbs work? the bi-metallic spring in the flasher wont work as designed if there is too much or too little load on the circuit.

What I see in my 89 book is that the power runs from fuse #5 to the hazard warning switch, then to the turn signal switch, then to the lamps. Coming out of the t/s switch are LG/O, LG/W, W/LB AND O/LB wires. Do these have power?

Do the blinkers not work at all? Are they fast/slow or does one bulb not flash?
