OK guys i'm tired of reading wiring dia. recieved harness from E bay to day pulled old one out and compaired the new to old first ? green connector by eec ? on new harness wtf what's it for mass sen? also my harness had a set of wires going across firewall to kick panel i'm pretty shure they go to the fuel pump relay new harness dose not have them .by the way i'm working on 1986 gt 5.0 5 speed with speed density after compairing the the eec main plug it appears to be pined the same as my old also at the coil theres two wires green/yellow stripe and one red with green stripe going to the coil on grey connecter new one has only one wire gr/yls and one red green stripe can i make this harness work or is it a waste of time should i buy a different one any help would be great thanks ps also one more thing ECC E6SF-12A650-N1B is my computer can any I D this as the right one for 86 GT.
No not at this time I just want to make run !!! it had a small electic fire by the map sensor on main harness i cut and spiced it back togather but need to replace it for a permenant repair . looks like **** but runs ...
The green plug near the computer connects to the vehicle body wire harness/dash harness. The mass air wire shouldnt be on there til it gets out of the firewall in the middle of the right side of the engine bay..the computer is an 86 model 1st letter and second of the code tells the year yours would be 86
