Wiring issues on newly acquired 90 GT

Previous owner liked to cut and twist wires back together. Car would not idle or run correctly and among other things I found these wires disconnected. Can you guys please let me know how they connect back together and what they are. Next step is a shop manual.

Where on the car are we? I have a 90 GT with factory wiring all still intact.

Looks like drives side fender apron,first pic looking down at swaybar mount.
I have to say the amount of rust on that thing has got to be some of the worst I've ever seen.
Are you sure the car is actually able to go down the road safely?
Without even seeing the structural bits I have some serious concerns.

Correct. Drivers side by battery and solinoid. And yes she’s got some rusty bits for sure!

Behind battery. Wires run under the battery. Also next to solinoid.

Harness they comes out from under battery and runs up near solinoid.
