I'm putting a T-bird wiring harness in my mustang! Its a 4 cyl to 5.0 swap. I already had the t-bird so I'm just swapping everything over into my 88 mustang. The t-bird is also an 88 speed density car. But anyway There are like 2 plugs on the harness next to the computer (only one left in the stang from 4 cyl) What do I do about these and what do they go to, and what about the plug in the car? Thanx in advance -Tony

Here are the plugs. The round one is in the t-bird harness and the green one is part of the car. There was another one that plugged into some kinda switch, relay, or something under the dash in the t-bird so i just stole it. But i hope these pictures help cause i need to figure this out. Thanx!!

Yes the green one is part of the car, so does the 5.0 mustang harness have the plug to mate up to this. I also would like to know what the round one in the t-bird harness is for. Thanks

yes the mustang harness has the green plug to mate up with the green plug on the mustang body harness the grey plug i havnt figured out what its for yet i just did a 4cyl-5.0 swap in my 90 coupe i bought a mass air harness out of a 93 gt and that harness has both the green and grey plugs on it but my body harness only had the green plug im thinking because of it being a 4cyl harness thats why it doesnt have the grey plug Im currently making a book on doing this swap so im doing alot of research and if i come across what this plugs for ill be sure to let you know if you get a chance check out the website www.fordfuelinjection.com theres alot of good information on it

I have the feeling the green plug in the car may go to my gauges or something maybe IDK. But the t-bird had digital gauges so that may be where i run into an issue but I guess I'll put he car back on the back-burner and hunt for a mustang wiring harness. Thanks guys. This sucks!!

well i just found out the gray plug goes to my ffuel pump. I'm going to try to rewire it to the relay if possible if not i may just rewire it all the way to the pump. Is there any wires in the green connector that are a must have? Gauges etc.. Thanks -Tony
