ok im working on a car for a guy that just swapped in a mark 8 engine into a 2000 gt, problem is some other guy wired in the cop harness from a mark 8, and its getting fuel and spark, but i don't think that its firing at the right time..

i need to find a wiring schematic for the stock 2000 gt cop harness, and wire it accordingly, but i cant find one anywhere!! if anyone has a link to one lmk!!

dont the 4v engine havea different firing order then a 2v????

You need the firing order for the mark 8, not the 2000gt. What year is the mark 8?

All 4.6L & 5.4L firing orders are the same, 2V, 3V or 4V:

1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8

with the following Ford cylinder number convention:

Firewall
4---8
3---7
2---6
1---5
Front of motor

Sorry, i don't have the wiring diagrams, but that sounds like a good idea to compare them and make sure they're wired up correctly.
