I have started to hide my wires. So far I have the passenger side done. Also have the head light wires hidden. My questions is how do I hide the big round bundle of wires that runs against the firewall all the way across? Could I run it threw the cowl then seperate the wires threw another hole in the firewall so they can get to the stuff on the engine then keep runing the other wires threw the cowl across to the drivers side? Havent got to the drivers side yet looks like its gona be the hardest.

Thanks, Black 93 Fox

Probably the easiest way would be to remove all the old plastic shielding and re-wrap the wires with black electrical tape. You can reduce the original size w/ the plastic shielding from 1-1/4" to approximately 3/4" and tuck it under the pinch weld.

Yes you could!
But the only problem I could see with having the wires in the cowl area is that they are somewhat exposed to the elements, versus having them under the hood or inside away from elements.

Hiding wires is only as hard as you make it believe me, all you need to do think (plan ahead) before you act, and that way there should be very little if any cutting and splicing of any wires.

Thanks alot for your advice. I'll try what you said about the weld pinch. Yeah at frist i thought it was gona be hard but once i got everything un-wraped then rerouted it was pretty easy. Drivers side looks alot hard tho. Could I extend the vaccum lines and put the vaccum tree in the fender weld also? I dont want to move it down the tunnel cause I plan on making a metal plate to connect with the firewall the show the back of the engine also.

Also in the back of the pass strut tower there is 4 sensor looking things do I need to keep these?

On my 89 there were 3! I just moved the out of the engine bay, out of site..out of mind. But yes you can get rid of them if you chose to do so from everything I've read.
